Urbana isn’t just another stop on our map — it’s the Champaign County seat. Laid out in 1805 by Col. William Ward, it briefly served as headquarters for the Northwestern Army during the War of 1812 and has anchored the county ever since. That history shows up in the housing stock: century-old homes near the courthouse and the Monument Square historic district, mixed in with newer construction as Urbana grew into the county’s commercial hub. Whatever era your home’s system dates back to, we’ve likely already seen its equivalent a few blocks over.

Being based just up Route 29 in Mechanicsburg — about 11 miles away — means an Urbana service call isn’t a special trip that gets pushed to the end of the day. In most cases, that’s still same-day service, with the same Confidence Report™ every homeowner in our service area gets.

How fast can you respond to a service call in Urbana?

In most cases, same day. Urbana is about a 17-minute drive from our Mechanicsburg home base, so it doesn’t sit at the bottom of a long dispatch route. Call or text 614-588-4826.

Do you work on older homes near downtown Urbana?

Yes. Urbana was laid out in 1805, and much of the housing near the courthouse and Monument Square historic district predates modern HVAC sizing standards. We factor that into every diagnosis and installation recommendation.

Air conditioning, heating and furnace service, heat pumps, indoor air quality, and maintenance plans — repair, installation, replacement, and maintenance across all of them.

Do you offer financing for a new furnace or AC in Urbana?

Yes, financing is available through Synchrony for new system installations and replacements, so a needed upgrade doesn’t have to wait on your full budget upfront.

What exactly happens during a maintenance visit?

We verify system operation, check component and motor operating efficiency, check safety, and clean the equipment to factory-fresh condition as best we can — then provide a Confidence Report of the system.
