Common Questions

LONDON QUESTIONS, ANSWERED

Do you work on both older farmhouses and newer London subdivisions?

Yes. Madison County’s housing runs from century-old farmhouses to homes built in the last few years near I-70 and I-71, and we size and diagnose systems for either end of that range.

How fast can you respond to a call in London?

In most cases, same day. London sits along our regular Madison County service route, so it’s a normal stop, not a special trip.

What HVAC services are available in London?

Air conditioning, heating and furnace service, heat pumps, indoor air quality, and maintenance plans — repair, installation, replacement, and maintenance across all of them.

Do you offer financing for a new furnace or AC in London?

Yes, financing is available through Synchrony for new system installations and replacements, so a needed upgrade doesn’t have to wait on your full budget upfront.

What exactly happens during a maintenance visit?

We verify system operation, check component and motor operating efficiency, check safety, and clean the equipment to factory-fresh condition as best we can — then provide a Confidence Report of the system.
