Alex Troyer, Owner & Operator

Alex spent ten years working as a service technician and lead installer for other HVAC companies before deciding it was time to build something of his own — a company where homeowners get straight answers and employees get a real career path, not just a job.

He earned his Ohio HVAC license and started My Choice Heating & Air in London, Ohio, then moved the business to Mechanicsburg in 2025. Today he still handles every call, every diagnosis and every Confidence Report™ personally — building the business one honest visit at a time.
