We do not offer online booking. Service requests submitted through this website are reviewed individually before scheduling; submitting a request does not guarantee a specific appointment time or that service will be provided.

Service Requests and Estimates

When you submit a request for service, you agree to provide accurate information, including your name, contact details, service address, and a description of the issue or service needed.

Any pricing, estimates, or information provided on this website is for general reference only and does not constitute a binding quote. Actual pricing is determined after an in-person inspection and is communicated to you before work begins.

A diagnostic fee applies to service calls, as described at the time of scheduling. This fee covers the visit, inspection, and preparation of your Confidence Report, and is separate from the cost of any recommended repair, replacement, or installation work.

The Confidence Report™

The Confidence Report is a documented summary of our findings, prepared to help you understand the condition of your system and the options available to you. It is provided for informational purposes to support your decision-making and does not itself constitute a guarantee, warranty, or binding agreement for work.

Authorization of Work

No repair, replacement, or installation work will begin without your review and authorization. You will be presented with your options before any work beyond diagnosis is performed, and you may accept, decline, or request modifications to any proposed work.

Payment Terms

Payment for services is due as agreed at the time of service unless other arrangements, such as approved financing, have been made in advance. Accepted payment methods will be communicated to you directly.

If financing is used, your financing agreement is governed by the terms of the third-party financing provider, not by these Terms.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

We ask that you provide as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule a scheduled appointment. Repeated late cancellations or missed appointments may affect future scheduling priority.

Warranties

Installed equipment may be covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, subject to the manufacturer’s terms and registration requirements. Workmanship on labor performed by My Choice Heating and Air LLC is covered as described to you at the time of service or in your invoice.

These Terms do not extend, alter, or replace any manufacturer warranty, and we are not responsible for manufacturer defects beyond facilitating applicable warranty claims where possible.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, My Choice Heating and Air LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or from services provided, except to the extent caused by our own negligence or breach of contract. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable Ohio or federal law.
